DARSE DE ALTA EN EL PROGRAMA “MY PROMISE CARD”:

To be part of the MY PROMISE CARD loyalty program you have to fill out the form that you will find in any official PROMISE point of sale. Once completed you will be registered in the program and you will be given the card that allows you to start enjoying all the advantages.

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL PROGRAMA

• To be able to enjoy the advantages offered by MY PROMISE CARD, you must identify yourself as a member when buying at stores that are members of the program. In this way the volume of purchases will be recorded on the card.

• The identification can be made by several methods: presenting the MY PROMISE CARD card or informing about the DNI number or the telephone number that appears on the member’s personal file.

• For the purposes of the global calculation of purchases, all those made with the same date in the same PROMISE store will be considered as the same purchase. likewise to be able to exchange the accumulated discount in a purchase must pass 24 hours.

• The expiration of the discount obtained will be six months from the date on which it was generated. The same goes for any of the coupons generated.

• In case of return of a purchase, either total or partial, the accumulated points will be annulled with that purchase.

• In the event that discounts accumulated in MY PROMISE CARD have been used in the purchase, the amount of the discount will never be refunded in cash.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN

PROMISE SA may revoke the MY PROMISE CARD in case of breach of any of the duties of the partner or, by written notice to the effect, if fraudulent, speculative acts or in bad faith in its use are detected.

Likewise, the member may cancel her subscription to the PROMISE loyalty club at any time, communicating it via e-mail to PROMISE SA and attaching a copy of her ID or NIE. With such cancellation of the card will result in the loss of all rights relating to its use. PROMISE SA, reserves the right to cancel the MY PROMISE CARD program at any time. In this case, the member will have the right to make use of the money she has accumulated during the three months following the cancellation date of the program, which will be communicated to her through an email and / or the points of sale.

The completion of all the data requested by MY PROMISE CARD is mandatory. The member has the right to access this information, being able to rectify it, cancel it and oppose it, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data.
