SIGN UP FOR THE
“MY PROMISE CARD” PROGRAM:

  • - To be part of the MY PROMISE CARD loyalty program you have to fill out the form that you will find at any official PROMISE point of sale. Once completed, you will be registered in the program and you will be given the card that allows you to start enjoying all the advantages.
  • - A welcoming email will confirm your registration in the MY PROMISE CARD program.
  • - PROMISE SA may communicate commercial information via e-mail and SMS.
  • -PROMISE's MY PROMISE CARD loyalty program is governed by the General Conditions contained in this Agreement to which the member of the club gives her consent and agrees. These conditions will be available to you at any time at www.promise.es

OPERATION
OF THE PROGRAM:

  • - In order to enjoy the advantages offered by MY PROMISE CARD, you must identify yourself as a member when buying in the stores that are part of the program. In this way the volume of purchases will be recorded on the card.
  • - Identification can be done by various methods: by presenting the MY PROMISE CARD or informing about the DNI number or the telephone number that appears in the member's personal file.
  • - For the purposes of the global computation of purchases, all those made on the same date in the same PROMISE store will be considered the same purchase. Likewise, in order to redeem the accumulated discount on a purchase, 24 hours must pass.
  • - The expiration of the discount obtained will be six months from the date on which it was generated. The same goes for any of the generated coupons.
  • - In the event of a return of a purchase, whether total or partial, the points accumulated with that purchase will be cancelled.
  • - In the event that discounts accumulated in MY PROMISE CARD have been used in the purchase, the amount of the discount will never be reimbursed in cash.

CANCELLATION
POLICY:

  • - PROMISE SA may revoke the MY PROMISE CARD in case of breach of any of the member's duties or, by means of written notification to that effect, if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in its use.
  • - Likewise, the member may cancel her subscription to the PROMISE loyalty club at any time, notifying PROMISE SA via e-mail and attaching a copy of her DNI or NIE. Said cancellation of the card will result in the loss of all rights relating to its use. PROMISE SA reserves the right to cancel the MY PROMISE CARD program at any time. In this case, the member will have the right to make use of the money that she has accumulated during the three months following the date of cancellation of the program, which will be communicated to her through an email and/or the points of sale.

MODIFICATION OF
CONDITIONS:

  • - PROMISE, SA may modify these conditions by notifying the MY PROMISE CARD members. If the member does not agree with the changes, she can return her card to PROMISE, SA to cancel it.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF
INFORMATION

  • - PROMISE undertakes to keep the confidentiality of the data provided in the card application and its updates. The information provided through the MY PROMISE CARD application and its updates will be collected confidentially in the MY PROMISE CARD client file.
  • - The signing partner authorizes the processing of this information for its use in relation to the development of this contract, which includes the sending of advertising or promotional communications by PROMISE of its own products by any means (correspondence, telephone, fax, e-mail, sms, internet or any other electronic means).
  • - The completion of all the data requested by MY PROMISE CARD is mandatory. The member has the right to access this information, being able to rectify it, cancel it and oppose it, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data.
