Shipment of the order
Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive your order in 48/72 hours. When the order is already prepared and has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you informing you of the follow-up.
Delivery address
The order will be delivered to the address specified during the purchase process. Remember that you can store several delivery addresses, other than the address in your profile. In this way you can receive your Promise purchases at work, at an address other than yours or make gifts to whoever you want.
Remember that the Promise online store is currently only available for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands. Therefore, tell you that shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping costs
The amount of the shipping costs depends on the total amount of your purchase and the destination where the delivery has to be made. If the total of your purchase exceeds €65, shipping costs are free. If this amount is not exceeded, the cost of shipping costs for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) are €6.50 and €9.90 for the Balearic Islands.
Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
