To considere

Panties, underpants and slippers purchased at promise.es cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

The rest of the products can be returned as long as the following points are met:

1. The return must be made within 15 days after the delivery of the order.
2. The garments cannot be used and must remain in their original condition.
3. Items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
4. Returns of intimate garments (panties, underpants and slippers) are only accepted in case of tare or defect.
5. Items that are sold in a pack (more than one item in a single package) are considered as a single item, so you cannot
   be returned in parts.
6. In order to prevent fraudulent returns, if in doubt about a return, Promise's quality control team,
   will inspect the item and verify it.
   In no case is the amount of the shipping costs returned, except in the case of tare or defect..
